This week we have the dastardly letter D, it has been a challenge and fun trying to come up with the required photos.
Something Humorous, Feet, Furniture and A Quilty Dispaly.
Something Humorous:
My son-in-law Dean dressed as 'Paulie' from the movie Juno. Daughter was 8 months pregnant at the time and went as Juno. I'm not allowed to show her photo here and had to hide Dean's face.
Feet:
Duck feet can be used for many different things - walking, swimming and eating!
I have to thank our friend Google for these pictures.
Furniture:
Drawers from my lovely Singer Treadle Machine. This is one of the first gifts my husband gave me after we were married.
A Quilty Display :
Below are some of my larger quilts. If you can't guess I really love scrappy quilts.
For more Scatterday fun have a look at Cinzia's Blog for other participants.

Somehow I had never heard of Juno. It sounds like an interesting film, and a great costume idea for your daughter and SIL!
Do you use your lovely treadle?
sorry I think your duck feet are revolting but I do love your drawers and scrap quilts are definitely the best way to go
You are a very kind mother and mother-in-law! The couple's idea was great and took advantage of a certain waistline! The original photo will be great at a 21st birthday! Your machine is beautiful as are your scrappy quilts. I was offered 'webbed-foot-of-duck' once but politely refused! Thanks for jogging my memory!
Why did we part with things such as our original Mother's treadle......it was the treadle that was original ...not the Mother...as she was the one and only.
Great Ideas ... this is certainly giving the little grey cells movement isn't it. lol
Good ideas and photos for 'D' Sue. Like Cinzia I'm not a lover of duck feet, although I love duck itself to eat.
I also haven't heard of Juno. My Mother had a beautiful Singer treadle machine that went to the tip, now I am very sorry. Enjoyed looking at your D's.
Sue - I love the duck feet! And your Singer treadle looks absolutely gorgeous.
