Mother's! cont'd

Both Mums are on the mend. My Mum has had a heap of tests and we're waiting for the results. My Mum-in-law ended up having a cast put on her broken arm and is finding life a little difficult. She is 86 and this fall has taken it's toll. Thanks to all who sent their good wishes.

On a quilty note, I have begun the quilting on the row by row. I had enough background material to do what I wanted to and fingers crossed there will be enough of the dark green for the binding. I'll post a couple of pictures when there's something to look at.

Glad to hear that things are better with your Mom's. I pray that they will continue to go uphill.

I just dashed up to my mother's town to help her. She was very sick and in hospital for four days but by the end had bounced back. She is doing much better. After I helped get her settled back into her home, I came back to mine. Whew! What a week! I hope yours will be fine as well. Best wishes to her and you!

Love the rose......
Mum was meant to have shoulder replacements and they dithered around so long it was never done and I am so glad as I think it would have stopped her walking earlier. Hers just sort of melted/wasted away........he did use another word.....but!!
Hope she really does well.
